After speaking with Mirror Bridge it may be evident that Mirror Bridge is not be the right service
option for you. Alternative options will be provided to you should that be the case. A mental health
plan or a referral is not needed for Mirror Bridge to work with clients.
session times
Standard individual sessions are 1 hour. Family sessions can be 1.5 hours in length. The duration of
Family Dispute Resolution; General Mediations are 3– 3.5 hours in length.
CONFIDENTIALITY & PRIVACY CONDITIONS
Purpose of collecting and holding information
The information gathered will be relevant to session content as per each client related
conversation. Other relevant actions and goals will be recorded on a client file. The information is
retained to document the service processes and to inform future practice direction decided by the
practitioner.
Access to client information
At any stage, you can access your file information through the Freedom of Information ACT. Under
law your file will be held for 3 years.
Confidentiality
Your personal information will remain confidential unless:
1. It is subpoenaed by the courts, or
2. Disclosure of information that would place you or another person at serious or imminent
risk.
SESSION FEE
Payment for service is to be paid prior to the commencement of your session.
Please note that I do not offer a Medicare rebate. All fees will be inclusive of GST.
LATE CANCELLATION
If, for some reason, you need to cancel or postpone the appointment, please give at least 24 hours notice
